Huachang has built the industry's first automated three-dimensional mold warehouse, which occupies an area of only 528 square meters and can quickly store and access more than 100,000 sets of molds through an intelligent control system. The project can also implement 24-hour remote monitoring of each set of molds, greatly improving the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse management.
We strictly control the quality of aluminum ingots. All raw materials are purchased from large aluminum ingot manufacturers at home and abroad. The main equipment includes regenerative gas reflection melting furnace, same level hot top casting machine, electromagnetic stirring system, aluminum melt ceramic filtration and ingot structure refinement system, homogenization annealing furnace and cooling chamber, etc., which can provide customers with high-quality raw material bars. Extrusion

The extrusion workshop has 63 internationally advanced extrusion equipment, including 38 in Guangdong production base and 25 in Jiangsu production base, including 1 5000 tons, 3 2750 tons, 4 1800 tons, 8 1650 tons, 11 1250 tons, 7 1000 tons, 16 800 tons, 13 600 tons, with an annual production capacity of 250,000 tons.
The extruder has advanced performance and can meet the mechanical performance requirements of aluminum profiles in different states. It can produce various series of profiles with a width of up to 440mm (including 6063, 6005, 6061, 6082, 6060, 6463, 7005 and other major alloys and other special alloys).

Anodizing

The company has 6 anodizing production lines, providing customers with anodizing, electrophoretic painting and polishing products. The vertical anodizing lines imported from Japan and the horizontal anodizing lines imported from South Korea can produce aluminum profiles with a length of 7.5 meters. In addition, the most advanced surface treatment technology introduced from Taiwan can produce high-hardness, scratch-free and multi-color surface treatments. It can produce high-quality anodizing electrolytic coloring products that meet the standards and specifications of GB5237.2 and GB5237.3, European Qualanod, British BS3987 and Japanese JISH8601 and JISH8602.

Powder Coating

The spraying workshop has 6 fully imported vertical spraying lines and 4 horizontal spraying lines, of which the horizontal lines can spray powder or paint. We choose powder materials that meet European environmental protection requirements (Rohs standards), with a maximum production length of 12 meters and an annual production capacity of 140,000 tons. We also have advanced wood grain production equipment that can produce vacuum and three-dimensional wood grains with various colors to meet the needs of different markets.

Designing and Fabricating Dies

Aluminum Extrusion Machine Parts
Aluminum extrusion press also known as extrusion press is a complex piece of industrial equipment that consists of several components. These components work together to convert aluminum raw material into various extruded shapes. Some of the main parts of aluminum extrusion press include:
1. Billet Preheater
This part of the machine preheats the aluminum billet to the ideal temperature for extrusion. The billet is heated to a temperature of 350°C to 500°C, depending on the alloy and the desired extrusion properties.
2. Extruder
This is the heart of the machine and is responsible for applying pressure to the heated billet to force it through the extrusion die. The press consists of a hydraulic cylinder, a punch, and a container to hold the billet.
3. Cooling System
After the aluminum extrusion is extruded, it needs to be cooled to prevent deformation or warping. The cooling system consists of a water spray or air jet to quickly cool the extruded aluminum.
4. Puller
