Huachang Aluminum Factory Co,. Ltd , experienced aorund 30 years and sticking to the road of "Renovation with technology, quality as the foundation and clients first", the company has obtained a rapid development, turned a large modern enterprise to manufacture aluminium profiles and fabricated aluminium parts in China. As one of the top there aluminum profile manufacturers in China, both its mark and products are well-known in China. WACANG profiles cover more than 30 provinces and municipalities across the country and are exported to more than 90 countries and regions.
We have total 72 extrusion presses.The annual capacity is around 270,000 tons. Anodizing workshop has six high-tech anodizing lines which are capable of producing anodized extrusions, electro–deposited and polished finishing products. All the Japanese import of vertical oxidation production line and the Korean Horizontal production line can meet GB5237.2 and GB5237.3, Qualanod, BS3987 , JIS H8601 and JIS H8602 standards. For the coating facilities, we have total 11 powder coating lines. One is operating in Vertical and anther in Horizontal, We choose to comply with European environmental requirements (Rohs standard) coatings and provide the high quality and colorful surface to customer. The max length reach 12 meters and annual capacity is around 70,000tons.
Huachang adopts ISO9OO1 Quality Management System,ISO14001 Environment Manager Systerm, OHSAS18001 Occupation Health and Safety Managerment System., We have passed ISO9001 authentication of the China Square & Round Committee and Norwegian bureau of shipping (DNV), obtained title of " national products exempt from inspection" in the first batch, and successively got various honors such as "China's famous brand", and " China's famous trade mark", etc.
